Hello & Welcome

My name is Rea B. I am a mother of two and a significant other for 12 years now. My family and I reside on the west side of Oahu, on the paradise state of Hawaii.

I am a perfectionist, shy, and an introvert that absolutely loves to create.

My repertoire includes crocheting, sewing, ribbon lei making, and papercrafting stationary.

I have crocheted cup cozies, coasters, blankets, hats, and dolls; sewn clothing, pouches and tote bags; and paper crafted page flags, page markers, notebooks and journals. I’ve also made various types of ribbon leis.

I’ve had some fails. Knitting and working with clay just doesn’t suit me. Being a perfectionist and a beginner is a real pain.

But, I do plan to give jewelry making a try this year, but only bangles for now.

My love for creating stemmed from wanting to create personalized gifts for my family during Christmas. Each year I tried to out-do myself with a different handmade gift each year. And so my love for creating was born.

I don’t ever plan to give up on my crafting adventure. I plan to continue to expand my crafting repertoire.

Now if only I can get my children into the same boat, we can go on crafting adventure all the time.
